Yuri was excellent to work with:  Professional and responsive.  He took time to show us the huge selection of granite, quartz and marble remnants he has on hand. Surge and the team did a fantastic job of helping us manifest fireplace of our imagination! Surge was very through in asking what we wanted and set us the correct expectations. Avrio is the best! My wife and I just remodeled our home, and Yuri and his team took great care of us. Honest pricing, great quality, and fantastic customer service. We initially had our kitchen countertops replaced, but we’re so pleased with the results that we ended up having them replace our laundry room countertops as well.

The sales staff was helpful in recommending colors, products, and details like the optimal height  of the backsplash, etc. the installation team was fast and friendly.

Since the initial installation, the team at Avrio have been available for questions - and even a fantastic repair job after I accidentally dropped some cast iron on the edge of the countertop.

I needed a larger cut out for a new stovetop that I bought. Although I bought the same size top as a replacement, it was a different brand and needed a slightly larger cutout. Many of the places I contacted only wanted a full remodel to replace my granite which I did not need. Yuri was awesome. He came to the house and did the work quickly cleaning up the area after the work. I really appreciate contractors that even are willing to do the smaller jobs. The countertops look great.  We are especially impressed with the quality of the seams...nearly invisible.  Daniel and Gabriel did a nice job with the install and were instrumental in getting the countertops installed on Saturday so we could keep the schedule for the remaining steps of the process to have the kitchen remodel finished before Christmas. Avrio Surfaces has just completed reconstruction of our kitchen and laundry room/bathroom. The process from the first day we walked into Avrio until today has been incredibly satisfying. We love it! The step-by-step process they use is exactly how we like doing business. They are thorough, detailed, and customer oriented. We enjoyed working with the entire staff. They totally complement each other and work as a team. The entire project was so clean, every day they took great care of our home as they worked. It was a wonderful experience working with Avrio. I was able to get quartz countertops installed in less than a month. Arielle was extremely responsive. Pete got measurements done two weeks after I approved the estimate. JJ Aand Daniel took great care to install the quartz and make sure I was completely satisfied. We had Avrio Surfaces help with the countertop in our powder bathroom. It was a small job and at first, I wasn't sure how I felt about the cost but it was well worth it.
- Arielle was great in helping us select the right material. She already responded to emails in a timely manner.
- Pete was excellent! We had purchased a sink our cabinet guy had told us would work but Pete knew right away it was too big with leaving space for the backsplash and the faucet. He provided suggestions and ultimately we found one on our own but it was great being able to text him the sink and have him verify it would work. He definitely knows his stuff!

Just had a chip repaired in our kitchen counter. Yuri came out and was timely, professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend them.
